Maintenance Technician (1st or 3rd shift) - Macedonia, OH
Pay Range: $32.00 - $37.00/HR. Permanent Position with Benefits. Principal Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties. Determine repair procedures and implement those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence. Navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for troubleshooting equipment faults. Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700. Install, move, and align new and existing equipment. Setup and operate various types of machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy and efficiency. Perform both gas and electric welding operations. Skills Required

4 years of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding. Maintenance Technician "A" level must be proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics. Education Required
Must be able to apply principles acquired through technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses). Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years training and have hands‑on experience in a machine shop environment with specific experience repairing and maintaining tools and dies. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
