1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set‑up, operate, and adjust 5‑ton to 200‑ton metal stamping presses.
Select the correct tooling for the job task with set‑up documents or supervisor/lead assistance.
Be able to troubleshoot metal‑forming problems.
Make routine decisions and use problem‑solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
Act as a team player with a positive, "can do" attitude.
Display a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
High School diploma or GED required.
Competent at basic dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools.
Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge.
High knowledge and understanding of metal machining.
Ability to work with various types of metal machining constraints without guidance.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and other shop drawing aids at a high level.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of metal manufacturing.
A certificate from college or technical school.
