Our client, a leading organization in the technology and sustainability sector, is seeking a Technical Program Manager - REMOTE (W2 ONLY) to join their innovative team. As a Technical Program Manager - REMOTE (W2 ONLY), you will be part of the sustainability or hardware teams supporting the company's Net Zero initiative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Develop and manage life cycle assessments (LCAs) and product carbon footprint (PCF) models for data center and consumer hardware.

Enhance methodologies for environmental impact assessments aligned with corporate sustainability strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to gather comprehensive product and supply chain data.

Analyze and visualize environmental data to identify emission hotspots and opportunities for improvement.

Support scenario analyses to evaluate environmental impacts of design and supply chain modifications, integrating findings into internal tools and external reports.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Sustainability, or related fields.

5–8 years of experience in life cycle modeling, sustainable supply chains, and greenhouse gas accounting.

Proficiency in LCA software such as GaBi, SimaPro, IMEC, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of LCA/PCF datasets, especially for electronic components and tech supply chains.

Advanced data analysis and visualization skills, with experience in SQL and data management.
