Core Responsibilities
Assist people with personal hygiene. Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Take initiative to promote participant wellbeing and trust from leaders. Experience ownership and trust to do what’s right for participants. Benefits

High School Diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred). Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
