Responsibilities
Minimum of 4 years of inside and/or outside sales experience, with a strong track record of consistent closing success Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective deal-closing skills Background in home care, healthcare, senior services, insurance, or other consultative sales environments is highly preferred Confident, articulate, and professional phone presence that conveys knowledge, trust, and energy (a strong, engaging voice is essential) Ability to lead and guide conversations with warmth, compassion, and confidence Skilled in closing sales on the first call when appropriate, while preserving trust, empathy, and rapport Exceptional listening skills, particularly in emotionally sensitive or high-stakes conversations High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex, family-centered decision-making Capable of managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through close and seamless handoff Experience using CRM platforms such as CareFunnels, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems preferred Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Our Mission
