WAYPOINT is a creative production company specialized in: Marketing Art, Collectibles and E-commerce projects for mid-sized to AAA clients such as Skybound, Mattel, Konami, Blizzard, Pokémon, Bandai, Ubisoft and more.
MISSION
Do you want to be part of an exciting company focused on the video game industry? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong communication and organizational skills. You will support our E-commerce team by resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, timely, and empathetic communication
Manage e-commerce orders, including cancellations, address changes, shipping updates, and lost packages
Use customer support platforms like Freshdesk or Zendesk to track and resolve issues efficiently
Communicate with warehouse teams and external vendors to ensure smooth order processing
Coordinate with international carriers to handle shipping questions and delivery resolutions
YOU
Have a passion for the game industry.
Consider yourself positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn and work with the team.
Have experience in e-commerce environments (Shopify experience is a plus)
Are familiar with the Shopify platform or quick to learn new tools.
Bring 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related role
Have great English written and spoken.
