Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Position:
Full-Time Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:
Indiana
Role Description As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will provide consistent, goal-driven therapy to clients across Indiana. Alongside direct care, you will support clinical standards through documentation review and supervision activities, helping maintain quality across the care team.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Provide supervision or case guidance to associate counselors
Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination
Adjust interventions based on client progress
Qualifications
Active Indiana LMHC license
Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
Experience providing outpatient or telehealth therapy
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
