R25095754**Summary****Job Description:*****Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Practice Manager II for its new Urgent Care clinic located in the Elizabethtown, KY area. This new clinic open in March 2026 in Cecilia, KY.*****Principal Duties & Responsibilities:*** Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the practice, including objective measures in a “balanced scorecard” approach.* Schedules physician and staff personnel and manages leave requests* Make recommendations regarding equipment and supplies needed to maintain efficient operations; order supplies and equipment as needed.* Prepare and submit an annual budget* Work with Marketing and Public Relations as needed to enhance public image of the clinic.* Establishes and maintains an efficient and responsive patient flow system.* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, visitors, physicians. employees and coworkers* Serves as the facility’s representative to the business community and public at large* Plan new programs to be developed within the office.
