Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) at SENTA Partners plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within our ENT surgery center, primarily in a Pre-admission Testing/Preparation role. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, as well as collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. The RN provides direct patient care while ensuring a compassionate, patient-focused environment that adheres to SENTA Partners standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments, document health concerns, and evaluate patient needs based on symptoms and history.

Provide patient education on medical conditions, procedures, and treatment plans to ensure understanding and compliance.

Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Obtain clearances, prior procedural and/or visit notes, interpret results, providing critical information to physicians for decision-making.

Monitor patients vital signs, assess reactions to treatments, and make necessary adjustments to care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.

Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, providing high-quality, empathetic care and guidance.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.

Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with SENTA Partners values and mission.
