Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Duration: 01/19/2026 – 04/13/2026
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overview:
Provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. Patient population includes ages 2 years and older . Practice is lifestyle medicine focused , emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness. Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record (experience is a plus). Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Oregon. Previous primary care experience preferred. Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients. EPIC experience is a plus. Strong clinical, communication, and patient engagement skills.
