Domino's is looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to help keep our stores running smoothly. This role requires a friendly attitude, excellent phone, writing and verbal skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities

Take orders over the phone and in person.
Deal with customer concerns.
Handle cash accurately.
Upsell products.
Make Domino’s high‑quality pizzas.
Maintain food and portion control.
Follow hygiene and food‑safety standards.
Prepare food and keep the store clean.
Perform general cleaning duties.
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Take and process orders using verbal, written, and telephone skills.
Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F and above in some areas.
Sudden temperature changes in work area and outside.
Fumes from food odors.
Exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Talking and hearing on telephone.

Large cans (around 3 lb 7 oz) carried from workstation to shelves.
Pizza sauce weighing 30 lb carried from storage to front of store.
Trays of dough (≈12 lb each) carried three at a time.
Pushing
Move trays on dollies (approx 24–30; requires up to 7.5 lb force).
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Occasional stair or ladder navigation for sign price changes, wall washing, maintenance.
Stooping / Bending
Forward bending at waist necessary at pizza assembly station.
Toe room present but knees cannot flex while standing at this station.
Duration around 30–45 sec each time, repeated during the day.
Forward bending also present at front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching / Squatting
Occasional for stocking shelves and low‑area cleaning.
