Senior Maintenance Technician Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 pm - 5:00 am Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $26.25/hr. Location: Litchfield, IL
About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team on the overnight shift. This independent role requires strong hands‑on experience in electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and pneumatic maintenance within a commercial or industrial setting. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system issues.
Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including 3‑phase systems.
Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
Collaborate with operations team to optimize equipment performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and pneumatics.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly.
Independence:
Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Safety Consciousness:
Commitment to following safety procedures and promoting a safe work environment.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., electrical, HVAC) are a plus but not required.
