Job Description As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are often the first person to welcome and interface with Domino’s customers. Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality are essential to success in this role. The CSR also maintains a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s brand standards and performs a range of duties, including:
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders with a smile!
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
Take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use calculator.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Comfortable utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.
Physical Requirements Daily tasks are performed from a standing position, so you will be on your feet for the majority of your shift. Responsibilities include:
Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48".
Bulk product deliveries are made two to three times per week and require unloading by team members. Product ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds and require lifting and/or stacking.
You may be required to occasionally crouch, squat, stoop, bend, or utilize stairs while performing job tasks.
Hand‑eye coordination is required for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.
For short distances at short durations, walking may be required.
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by hand truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in high.
Large cans, weighing 3 lbs 7 oz, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 lbs is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances and weigh approximately 12 lbs per tray.
To move trays placed on dollies, a stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24‑30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 lbs to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
To comply with safety, toes are limited; workers are unable to flex knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30‑45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching is performed continuously in up, down and forward.
Eye‑hand coordination is essential; use of hands continuously during the day.
Frequently activities require use of one or both hands.
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Qualifications
16 years of age and older.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are a plus.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
