Company Founded in 2007 , DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop. We focus on delivering staff and supported services such as enterprise integration and implementations including CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We serve clients in SLED, financial services, Fortune, public utility, and partner with Big 4 SI partners.

Key Requirements

High school & post-secondary education preferred.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years.

Must work on W2.

Hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite required. Remote Monday and Friday allowed.

Must be able to work onsite on required days.

Responsibilities

Performs intermediate to advanced data entry duties.

Supports multiple data entry tasks and data cleanup in various systems.

Manages confidential and sensitive information.

Provides guidance to staff once background solid.

Makes decisions and recommendations within established guidelines and policies up to authorized limits.

Inputs alphanumeric data.

Proofs work for accuracy and completeness.

Prioritizes work by coding and sorting.

Corrects errors during visual inspection.

Maintains accurate records and tracking reports.

Makes simple mechanical adjustments such as switching sets and changing control features.

Generates reports on inputted data.

Experience with Access preferred.

Ability to use 10-key adding machine.

Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour. Good mathematical ability.

Good item processing skills.
