Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health team. This role delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy to individuals and families in a supportive, clinician‑centered environment. Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clinical autonomy, reasonable caseload expectations, and a strong focus on ethical, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑oriented care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based therapeutic approaches.

Conduct psychosocial assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans.

Support clients in addressing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges in a therapeutic, strengths‑based manner.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care; participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination as appropriate.

Ensure treatment modalities align with client needs, goals, and progress.

Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and Kentucky licensure requirements.

Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions using established clinical techniques and adapt content to meet diverse client populations.

Requirements

Required

Licensed or license‑eligible in Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).

Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Commitment to trauma‑informed, client‑centered, and ethical practice.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited program.

Two or more years of experience in a behavioral health or outpatient mental health setting.

Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan.

Familiarity with evidence‑based modalities (CBT, DBT‑informed care, motivational interviewing, etc.).
