Pastry Chef
who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, community as we are. In the role of
Pastry Chef , you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team offering a menu of more than 40 fresh-baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins, all made with honest, whole ingredients. Responsibilities of the Pastry Chef
Proven track record of strong kitchen performance, following recipes, paying close attention to details, and creating one-of-a-kind pastries and baked goods. Ability to lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies weighing 50 lbs or more and to stand, lift, and mix as part of daily duties. Ability to work through change and remain flexible while keeping a close eye on what’s cooking. Early shifts are required; all Pastry Chef shifts start early. Qualifications
1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience with the ability to decorate pastries (this is preferred, not required). Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards. Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus but not a requirement for this position.
