who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan in an urgent care and primary care setting
Triage patient needs and deliver timely, evidence-based care
Perform thorough histories, physical exams, and individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics using best-practice standards
Prescribe medications and refer to specialists as appropriate
Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, I&Ds, fracture management, and foreign body removal
Collaborate with supervising or back-up physicians when needed
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other team members
How You’ll Make an Impact
Treat every patient with professionalism, empathy, and respect
Foster a kind, caring, and collaborative clinical environment
Communicate clearly with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all regulatory standards
Deliver efficient, high-quality care while creating an outstanding patient experience
See all patients who arrive prior to clinic close
Complete accurate documentation to support quality care, risk mitigation, and billing
Close charts within 3 days of each shift
Qualifications Required:
Active, unencumbered license in the state of practice
Board-certified and able to treat patients across the lifespan
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Friendly, patient-focused, and service-oriented mindset
DOT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Preferred:
CPR certification
