Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health is hiring for an adult case manager with the IMPACT program. Case managers work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide community-based services to adults who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Compensation between $20-$22/hr depending on qualifications.
Shift includes every other weekend.

This position involves providing direct assistance to clients in the community and in their home to help manage symptoms of mental illness, physical illness, and substance abuse. Case managers are responsible for coordinating services, assessing needs, assisting clients, monitoring symptoms, completing documentation and building treatment plans. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirements are a Associate’s Degree in a human services field plus at least two years of experience in mental health or human services.
