Responsibilities Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for positioning the patient and equipment and producing an appropriate recording, and for processing and transmitting images to PACS.
Qualifications
RDMS (ARDMS) or SS (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain.
Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
Previous experience preferred.
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
Proficient computer skills.
Pay Transparency Encino Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $63.06. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will consider a variety of factors, including skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
