Key Responsibilities of the Pool/Spa Attendant
Monitor pool and spa areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with posted rules and regulations Provide courteous, professional service to Members and guests at all times Maintain cleanliness of the pool, spa, deck, furniture, and surrounding areas Set up, straighten, and secure lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels as needed Monitor towel inventory and enforce towel-use policies Conduct routine water quality checks as assigned and report any concerns immediately Observe weather conditions and follow procedures for pool/spa closures when required Report incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management promptly Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pool and spa areas Ensure all amenities are properly stocked and organized Enforce resort policies respectfully and professionally Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures. Take directions from Director of Wellness and Sports, Lifestyle Manager and Resort Manager. Provide a safe environment within facilities and activities. Processes recreation reservations as needed. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications for the Pool Attendant
No prior experience or training is required. Part-time and Full-time schedules available. Must be available on weekends and evenings until 6pm. Other Qualifications
