Case Manager
to join our
Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team
in our Penn Hills, PA location. Earn $19.02/hr Position Details
The Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing recovery treatment and support plans for adults and youth with a mental health diagnosis and/or on the autism spectrum. They provide intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including community living arrangements, schools, community settings, natural support residents, etc. In collaboration with other members of the treatment team, the Case Manager implements and transfers the skills identified in the recovery treatment and support plan using a person‑centered approach.
