What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
Continuously respond to identified damages in ways that create advantages, minimize costs, and sustain product quality.
Support operational efforts by verifying detected product damages.
Safely operate machinery and tools associated with product recovery processes.
Ensure safe and productive flow of goods in the assigned recovery areas.
Complete all recovery actions in accordance with IKEA Standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces diversity of co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
Intermediate computer proficiency.
Skilled with hand tools.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Shift: Sun-Wed 5am-3:30pm
Pay: $21.44
