Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – U.S. Renal Care
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at U.S. Renal Care, you will be a vital member of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and leading Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide dialysis care to patients living with kidney disease.
Responsibilities
Patient Care – Provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment, complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments, and monitor patients during sessions.
Medication Management – Review monthly patient medication profiles and administer medications per physician orders.
Team Collaboration – Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, assist in staff scheduling, and ensure staffing ratios meet state regulations.
Safety & Quality – Follow company policies, state and federal regulations, attend required staff meetings, and engage in continuing education.
Qualifications
Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
One or more years of nursing experience (preferred).
Previous dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
