$12.50–$15.87 per hour

What You Will Do
Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
Build relationships with existing customers to meet agreed production goals
Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposit to the bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system
Educate customers on product selections that best meet their needs
The Perfect Match
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Sales or customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong relationship‑building skills
Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills
Ambitious, motivated by advancement opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
