The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in automotive collision repair, proficiency in estimating, customer service, and a strong communication skill set. Responsibilities include preparing repair plans, delivering completed vehicles, and ensuring quality control throughout the repair process. Candidates with I-Car training and familiarity with the CCC ONE estimating system will be preferred.
