Leasing Consultant – East West Hospitality

As the frontline ambassador for Fenland Townhomes, you’ll play a key role in driving leasing success while delivering a high‑touch, hospitality‑inspired resident experience. This role blends sales, marketing, and customer service, giving you the opportunity to guide prospects from their first inquiry through move‑in, support residents throughout their lease journey, and collaborate with a passionate team to create a community people are proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales
Promote and lease townhomes through tours, digital marketing channels, and community events
Manage the full leasing lifecycle, including inquiries, tours, applications, approvals, and lease execution
Provide pricing recommendations based on leasing velocity, market conditions, and competitor analysis
Conduct and update weekly market surveys to track competitive positioning
Resident Experience & Retention
Coordinate seamless move‑ins, renewals, transfers, and move‑outs
Build and maintain strong resident relationships to support retention initiatives
Serve as a knowledgeable, professional point of contact for prospects and residents
Operations & Collaboration
Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure unit readiness and address resident needs
Generate leasing and operational reports for management and ownership
Maintain accurate leasing, renewal, and communication records in Entrata
Support operational and leasing initiatives as assigned to meet occupancy and performance goals
Employment Status : Full Time, Year‑Round
Pay Rate : $20‑$23 DOE plus commission per executed lease
Closing Date : 01/31/2026 or until filled
Schedule:
T‑F 9 am‑6 pm, SAT 10 am‑2 pm
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of leasing or property management experience (multi‑family preferred)
Proficiency with property management software (Entrata experience preferred)
Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations
Strong administrative, reporting, and documentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Sales, negotiation, and basic market analysis capabilities
