Position Summary
As a License Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to the residents. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to our residents' overall health and happiness. This role is full-time and first shift, with one weekend worked per pay period. Shift hours are 6:45am to 3pm. Sign-on Bonus offered as well as shift differentials, weekend differentials, and attendance bonus. Starting pay of $35 an hour.
Additional Duties
Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care through quality nursing.
Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident, family, and staff.
Qualifications
RN/LPN licensure in Indiana
Knowledge of medical language and terminology
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic understanding of standard computer systems and office equipment
