Through our state-of-the-art technology-enabled services, community wellness programs, and advocacy and education work, we are building a society in which emotional wellness can be a reality for everyone.******Position Overview:**The Senior Director will be responsible for leading and transforming Mental Health Service Delivery within Vibrant Emotional Health to engage help seekers in accessible and exceptional therapeutic services.

Must be flexible in approach, an innovative and strategic thinker, and be comfortable working in a complex and challenging environment.

In addition, have extensive clinical knowledge of, experience with, and interest in a variety of psychological disorders, diagnostic assessment, and clinical supervision of clinicians in order to enhance the quality of clinical care offered in these services.

Must have significant knowledge of/and clinical experience with supervising the operations of mental health service delivery, i.e. billable services, telehealth service delivery, as well as government contracted and/or philanthropically funded services.

Must demonstrate a deep understanding of the impact of different and/or intersectional identities, such as ethnic, socioeconomic, racial, gender, sexual orientation, ability, age, cultural differences, other important identity characteristics, and how these issues of diversity intersect with mental health and the effective delivery of services.**Duties/Responsibilities:*** Responsible for directly managing and mentoring all junior staff within their community programs.* Support Vibrant culture through leadership integrity, transparent communication, and the demonstration of all Vibrant core values.* Develop strategy as it relates to Vibrant’s infrastructure for revenue building services, and expansion of aforementioned services in an effort to innovate and expand mental health service delivery.* Identifying vulnerabilities within Vibrant’s current work flow and suggesting realistic solutions.* Lead solutions and manage programs to minimize vulnerabilities.* Rigorously maintain service quality and improve business practices through data analysis and intervention monitoring.* Strategize with Directors and Clinical staff on Key Performance Indicators for programs and maintain high utilization of services while ensuring quality performance.* Identifies risk within the department and determines best practice solutions.* Complex decision-making requiring in-depth analysis and consensus-building, subject to review by other members of senior management.**Required Skills/Abilities:*** Extensive clinical experience working with a variety of psychological disorders across the lifespan, with key interest in underserved populations, with experience working in various clinical settings* Experience with writing and managing clinical documentation via an Electronic Health Record, knowledge of the AWARDS program is preferable.* Currently hold an active Clinical license who can supervise different disciplines, PhD/PsyD preferred, but LMHC, LCSWs will be considered.* A strong understanding of OMH, ACS, and DOHMH practices.* Demonstrated knowledge of program operation, best practices that align with regulatory compliance* Experience providing clinical supervision or oversight within Medicaid/MMCO billable programs* Exposure to preparing proposals for Federal, state and municipal grants is a strong plus.**Required Qualifications:*** Minimum of 3-5 years of substantial relevant experience administrative, clinical and/or programmatic oversight of mental health and/or social service programs* Candidates must be enrolled or eligible to enroll in NYS Medicaid Program w/in 30 days of hire (New York State: LMHC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist)* Superior written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) and the ability to drive execution in a team environment* Must be a self-motivated team player with proven ability to identify issues and manage multiple priorities while striving for practical business solutions.**Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.* Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.* Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and potential roadblocks.We determine base pay through a comprehensive review of skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
