As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting members, resolving any issues or complaints promptly
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Coordinate catering events and banquet functions**Qualifications:**-Minimum of 3 years of full service restaurant management experience
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
