Find, train, and manage insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance Review existing company policies, make recommendations for improvements and implement new policies for the branch as needed Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims Qualifications
Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Active insurance agent license in your state required Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management position Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance Compensation
