Our Controllers play a key role in supporting their teams—managing client financials, reviewing workbooks, and partnering with Directors on client strategy. What You’ll Do
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients. Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports. Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients. Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms. Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations. Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback. Ensure the team’s compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in Private Equity Industry Management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Why GPFS?
