A thriving small animal practice is seeking an experienced or early‑career
Veterinarian
to join their team in an
urgent care
setting. This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about providing timely medical attention to pets in need of non‑emergency, after‑hours care.
Responsibilities
Provide efficient and compassionate care to canine and feline patients in need of urgent attention
Partner with a skilled support team to deliver seamless medical services
Communicate effectively with pet owners to guide care decisions
Manage multiple cases while maintaining high medical standards
Contribute to the professional growth of team members through collaboration and mentorship
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent through ECFVG or PAVE)
Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Comfort working independently in an urgent care environment
