Our client, a leading organization in occupational health services, is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse II to join their team. As an Occupational Health Nurse II, you will be part of the healthcare support team supporting employee health and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide occupational health services including treatment and care to the site population, such as First Aid response.
Manage a variety of programs and systems related to employee health, injuries, illnesses, and workers' compensation cases.
Oversee medical supplies and coordinate corporate occupational health and safety programs.
Conduct employee training sessions and participate in site teams and emergency response activities.
Collaborate with Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and HR staff to promote a safe work environment and reduce workers' compensation costs through effective case management and prevention programs.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree and current RN license required.
2–4 years of relevant experience in occupational health or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Commitment to safety and employee well‑being.
