Job Location - Cary NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid) Responsibilities

6-9 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (Preferably on Power BI)

Having a good learning attitude and willingness to troubleshoot and navigate different technical challenges and issues faced by Power BI users.

Good understanding of Power BI Administrative functions including Licenses, capacity, Gateway and Power BI service.

Good understanding of data analysis and visualization principles and proficiency in Power BI.

Experience in Power BI to create reports and dashboards, perform data exploration and manage semantic models.

Power BI data modeling concepts and be able to create effective and optimized data models.

Proficiency of SQL and DAX for creating custom calculations in Power BI.

Proficiency in SQL.

Proficient in Power Query to implement ETL process in Power BI.

Good understanding of Fabric and how Power BI fits into that ecosystem.

Experience in performance tuning techniques from report/data model level.

Experience working in analytics projects with strong analytical skills and clear understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Must be organized, detail oriented and be able to present analysis and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The base salary range for this role in the posted location is $80,420 to $106,050 per year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full‑time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
