The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Systems Analyst
with deep expertise in
Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS)
and
next-generation fulfillment technologies
to support the design, implementation, and optimization of our global warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business operations and technology, ensuring successful deployment and integration of advanced fulfillment capabilities, including
Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) , robotics, and other automation solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the analysis, configuration, and implementation of
Infor WMS
solutions across distribution and manufacturing environments.
Partner with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
Support the integration of automated material handling systems, including AS/RS, pick-to-light, AGVs, and robotics, with WMS and ERP platforms.
Develop detailed system documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and configuration guides.
Participate in system testing, data validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployments.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and fulfillment system performance.
Collaborate with solution architects and vendors to evaluate emerging technologies that enhance throughput, accuracy, and scalability.
Train and mentor business users and junior team members on WMS functionality and best practices.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role implementing and supporting
Infor WMS (preferred)
or comparable Tier 1 WMS platforms (Manhattan).
Proven experience working with warehouse automation systems such as AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, or autonomous guided vehicles.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
Hands-on experience with system configuration, integration, and data mapping.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and middleware used for WMS integration a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Masters Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience with
Infor Warehouse Management
and related modules.
Proven experience leading and owning medium to large scale supply chain projects with 30+ project team members.
Exposure to industry leading supply chain technologies and digital warehouse transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with RF technologies, IoT sensors, and analytics tools for operational visibility.
Project management or Agile delivery experience.
Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, through which you will be assigned a General Motors vehicle to drive and evaluate. Note: program participants are required to purchase/lease a qualifying GM vehicle every four years unless one of a limited number of exceptions applies.
