Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Semel Institute is seeking a Staff Research Associate to support investigators and clinical teams in the implementation of research activities. Responsibilities include assisting with research procedures such as online literature searches, developing and formatting study materials and forms, coordinating data management activities, and supporting overall project organization. The role also serves as a liaison between clinical staff, including trainees, and the research team to facilitate effective collaboration and smooth study operations.
Job Qualifications Required:
Ability to perform tasks in an efficient, well‑organized and timely manner with minimal level of supervision
Skill in setting priorities, follow‑through on assigned tasks and adhering to deadlines
Skill in working independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to present research data
Experience in research
Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, with staff, researchers, and research subjects at various organizational, cultural and educational levels
