As a Club Host, you will be responsible for providing positive, polished, and prompt guest service to Boston Garden Society guests at Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, and other events. What will you do?
Build professional rapport with clients who visit TD Garden often for events, and welcome guests to Boston Garden Society clubs and lounges by confirming access and providing a wristband
Be a subject‑matter expert on all things Boston Garden Society, including guest amenities, food and beverage offerings, activations, and more
Handle complaints in a professional manner, escalating to management as necessary, and administer service recovery by providing guests with resolutions to issues
Field incoming phone calls from suite clients and guests with various requests and relay such requests accordingly
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of events
More About You
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to work nights and weekends, a minimum of 50% of events in each calendar month
Must be an outspoken person who is comfortable working directly with a high volume of guests and clients; Must be willing to work under pressure to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner
Experience working in customer service in a fast‑paced environment preferred
Physical Requirements
Must be able to work in loud environments with flashing lights and lasers
Must be able to push wheelchairs and other assertive devices
Must be able to use a radio with an ear‑piece
