Overview The Associate Dentist position is an entry-to-advanced level position (residency not required) with a 175K salary guarantee option. ADC is looking for a dependable, proactive associate who is motivated to provide individualized dental care to patients in a team-oriented, community-based practice. This person will have the opportunity to develop their own practice style while also receiving clinical and practice management mentorship. An equal partnership opportunity is available after a twelve-to eighteen-month assessment.
Details Full-time position, with no evenings or scheduled weekends. Initially, about ninety-five percent of the role is providing the best patient care possible to existing and new patients. The Associate will assume a leadership role in developing, presenting, and executing comprehensive treatment, including restorative, endo, crown and bridge, extractions, and prosthodontics. The remaining approximately five percent of the Associate’s time is dedicated to learning and engaging with aspects of maintaining a private practice. This may be through working with the finance manager and insurance specialists, attending doctor meetings, participating in job interviews, attending short-and-long term planning meetings, and more. As time passes in the role, these percentages can shift based upon the interest and career goals of the Associate.
The Associate will work in collaboration with the five practice partners who are in a variety of career stages and will receive support from experienced front office staff, dental assistants, and dental hygienists. ADC has three locations and employs approximately 50 staff.

Salary and Benefits
Starting salary: $175K or 35% of net production
Lab fees and supplies are covered by Allegany Dental Care
The following are paid 100% by the Employer: Professional liability insurance, State and Federal licensing and renewal(s), and membership in the ADA, MSDA and WCDS
