Job Summary
Seeking a highly proficient Executive Assistant to support executive leadership at CRH Americas Building Products. This role will report to the Executive Assistant to the President of the company and assist 2–3 C‑Suite/VPs. Must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, along with years of experience supporting executives who manage multiple priorities, calendars, and projects. Ability to solve problems, find solutions, and adapt in a demanding environment is essential.
Job Location In‑office role in the Perimeter area of Atlanta with flexibility to work from home when needed.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and committees
Organize and route correspondence; collect and analyze information; initiate phone calls on behalf of executives
Coordinate training sessions, manage communications, and identify and coordinate team training programs
Perform complex calendar management
Arrange extensive travel, including domestic and international, and manage reservations
Plan on‑site and off‑site meetings – including all logistics (catering, agenda, facilities, communications, transportation)
Review expense reports
Provide personal assistance (running errands and related tasks as needed)
Coordinate tasks and cover for other Executive Assistants when appropriate
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
Experience working within a diverse team, fostering trust, communicating with tact and diplomacy, and maintaining confidentiality
Willingness to travel for a few events per year to assist with event planning and coordination
Attributes
Comfortable managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Self‑starter, confident, and energetic
Organized, detail‑oriented, and a team player who can lead or work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants on large events
Adaptable and willing to take on any task – a ‘do‑anything’ mindset
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to handle assigned tasks and special projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Capable of working independently under pressure and managing multiple priorities
