Your New Role The Executive Assistant, Integrated Marketing works closely with the SVP and VP of Integrated Marketing, providing administrative and departmental support including asset management, presentation creation and scheduling, and limited admin support such as scheduling meetings, travel planning, and expenses. The role supports the Director and Managers on film projects, receiving, filing, distributing and tracking approved assets cross‑divisionally using studio‑approved secure asset systems and processes, and communicating with production liaisons and cross‑divisional contacts to ensure timely and efficient operations. The position also supports the Integrated Marketing team in creating storytelling presentations, pitch decks, and other administrative duties as required.
Your Role Responsibilities
Coordinate secure delivery/receipt of production assets directly with the film production liaison on set.
Maintain and deliver received film assets to all approved and relevant parties.
Provide general administrative support to the SVP and VP of Integrated Marketing, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and processing expense reports.
Support processing of production and brand‑related assets, tracking them through regular reports and updates.
Assist in the coordination of special events and projects as needed.
Occasionally serve as backup to assist EVP, Global Strategy, Integrated Planning & Synergy on duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and A/V coordination for meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience.
Previous marketing field experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $41,991.00 - $77,983.00 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits, including health insurance, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick time and vacation.
