PRIOR AUTHORIZATION SPECIALIST

The Prior Authorization Specialist is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations for procedures, medications, imaging, and treatments across assigned clinics, which may include pain management, ambulatory surgery center (ASC) services, aesthetics, and other specialty areas within SRHC. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of authorizations by coordinating with insurance companies, providers, and clinical staff. The specialist supports patient access, reduces delays in care, and ensures compliance with payer guidelines, CMS regulations, and SRHC policies. The role may also provide administrative support as needed to maintain efficient clinic operations. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or GED One year of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance authorization (preferred, not required) Required Registration/License/Certification

Schedule-Shift-Hours Full Time - Day Shift - Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
