Account Executive, Cloud Product Line Specialist (Wisconsin & Illinois)

Rubrik’s sales organization unites elite cross‑functional sales professionals who help enterprises and government entities defend against cyberattacks, malicious insiders, and operational disruptions.
In this role you will own all elements of bookings growth in Wisconsin and Illinois, driving new logo acquisition, opportunity development, pipeline management, and account strategy execution.
Responsibilities
Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline that moves a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
Identify and close opportunities for growth, working with mid‑enterprise accounts.
Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data‑center design environments.
Co‑sell and strategize with direct field teams, partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and new business and channel partnership prospects.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of field tech sales experience (selling IT Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS Security, or NAS Cloud related products).
Consistent track record of landing “net new logos.”
Self‑motivated, hunter mentality required.
Strong track record of performance selling to many accounts across various verticals.
Understanding and experience working with channel.
Consistent overachievement and highly driven, goal‑oriented attitude.
Experience selling complex solutions.
