Controls Engineer

Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field. 5-7 years of practical industry experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.). Expertise with software such as FactoryTalk Studio 5000 and EcoStruxure Machine Expert. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, VFDs, sensors, and actuators. Proficiency in using design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical; familiarity with UL, NEC, NFPA standards. Demonstrated ability to integrate PLC systems with hardware and software. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Essential Skills: Keen attention to detail and precision for ensuring system safety and functionality. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Creative, results-oriented mindset; a self-starter with a proactive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
