Visual Merchandiser
At H&M, you will create inspiring and exciting customer experiences by implementing the brand’s visual identity across the store.
Responsibilities
Set garment presentation on sales floor and windows following brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the department manager to identify commercial opportunities and execute floor moves.
Support direct and indirect customer service by ensuring high‑quality garment presentation and clear visual flow.
Track store KPIs, adapt the store plan, and launch sales campaigns on schedule.
Maintain visual props, windows, and visual room, applying sustainability practices.
Coach and develop store team on visual and commercial skills through regular training.
Qualifications
1–2+ years of transfer‑able experience in visual merchandising or retail.
Must be able to lift >20 lb, stand for long periods, and use hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work fast‑paced environments.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
