Pinckney Harmon Marketing is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role will work on the Accounts team, closely with our Creative, Digital, and Social Media teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and within project guidelines for each client.
Because our Accounts team leads campaigns and actively supports execution across departments—not just project management—we are seeking someone with in-house marketing experience who is comfortable contributing hands‑on throughout the marketing lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities: Project Management
Writing creative briefs and assigning tasks in the project management system for deliverables.
Keeping the Department Managers aware of progress on each project and communicating needs or concerns as quickly as possible
Managing, prioritizing, and being accountable for the delivery of projects by set deadlines and within the needs of the Creative Brief
Coordinate the shipments of marketing material through postal services
Ensure that the agreed-upon Agency workflow/process is followed
Keep detailed records of the life of a project and share information as necessary
Client Relations
Assessing clients' needs to create and implement action plans for the team across a variety of departments, including the content, creative, digital, and paid departments.
Learn and understand clients’ business (including industry categories)
Creation and preparation of meeting materials
Attending client meetings and managing client deliverables
Data and Reporting
Assisting the Marketing Manager with results measurement and regular reporting
Monitor and report the success of social media posts through Sprout Social
Create and launch regular email campaigns and set up automation through Klaviyo and HubSpot
Create text campaigns for clients and launch
Perform minor webpage maintenance and edits
Perform SEO/UX audits and implement changes
Qualifications
In-house marketing experience is preferred, particularly in roles that require hands‑on campaign execution across multiple channels
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to collect and understand data
Basic understanding of one or all production disciplines: print, digital, and inbound marketing
Detail‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or MailChimp
Strong working knowledge of top social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok) and how to use them
Experience with Sprout Social or a similar social scheduling tool
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
Experience in HTML, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator (a plus, but not required)
Experience working with WordPress is a plus
