About the Role
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure every guest visit is a memorable celebration of food, wine, and personalized service. The Manager will create a welcoming environment, champion our principles and beliefs, and lead by example.
Responsibilities
Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way.
Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests.
Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences for guests, authentically connecting with them, and participating in community outreach activities and events.
Drive restaurant results through management of your department’s P&L, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coaching and training associates.
Take pride in presenting quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards.
Enforce safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
Minimum 3 years of prior salaried management experience preferred.
Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
Availability to work a flexible schedule.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Basic computer proficiency preferred.
