As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering organization supporting product and platform development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and technical leadership ability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs
Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Contribute to backend architecture and engineering best practices
What’s Needed?
7+ years of backend engineering experience using Python
Strong experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
Ability to work independently and contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment
