JOB SUMMARY
This role contributes to the fulfillment of the mission and vision of Think Whole person Healthcare by serving as a designated lead for Think Quick clinic services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support the CEO, CMO, and medical director leading the TQ clinical team with adherence to patient care standards and the Think clinical model of care. Participate in TQ provider on-boarding and mentoring for all new and current providers. Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing the monthly TQ provider schedule. Participate in strategic planning by providing clinical input to the TQ medical director and CMO. Ensure TQ providers adhere to the provider work standards, policies/procedures development, integration of new processes, and supporting the work of governance and management committees. Facilitate referrals to the senior leadership team for improvement projects, care access, clinical quality, stewardship and cost savings, or behavior that inhibits care. Cultivate a culture that supports the organization, including the ACO, and it’s goals. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge of healthcare management, principles and implications of standards for quality of care, quality measurement and monitoring, infection control and related features of today’s healthcare environment. Skill in communicating in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing. Skill in planning, organizing, and time management. Skill in using a computer and a variety of software, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Skill in managing multiple priorities and problem solving. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet established goals and objectives. Ability to maintain high levels of professional and personal integrity. Ability to convey professional demeanor and sound judgment in dealing with patients’ care, protection of patient privacy, and confidentiality. Ability to translate general administrative guidelines into specific action. Ability to build relationships and motivate teams. Ability to work flexible hours. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who has completed the necessary education for certification and unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required. The position requires at least 3 years of clinical practice experience. Prior supervisor experience preferred. Think Whole Person Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer
