To support the cloud-based tool for automated data loading and data mining of front-end and back-end test data to improve yield and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Key technical resources driving yield analysis and improvement activities using automated yield tools.
To monitor, analyze, and resolve all data-loading errors and yield data discrepancies.
Support and maintain yield tools such as PDF/Spotfire/GYM.
Support new tool features, UAT cycles, bug tracking, and enhancements.
Custom scripting.
Coordinate with global Product Engineering, Test, Operations and Quality teams to provide key analysis and data-driven recommendations that improve product cost and performance.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills
Strong interest in programming
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
In-depth knowledge in the following areas:
Spotfire template development
SQL programming
Python programming
Knowledge of semiconductor test flow (CP/WS/FT) is an advantage.
