This role is responsible for end-to-end lifecycle marketing—from strategy and execution to testing, reporting, and optimization. You will manage campaigns across direct mail, email, and SMS, partnering closely with content, creative, digital, and membership teams to support acquisition, revenue, and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across direct mail, email, and SMS
Own audience segmentation, messaging, scheduling, and deployment
Manage campaign calendars and ensure accurate, on-time execution
Track and report on performance, using data to drive continuous improvement
Lead A/B testing of creative, offers, and messaging
Partner cross-functionally to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and related regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
5–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or campaign marketing
Hands‑on experience with email, SMS, and direct mail programs
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and/or ServiceTitan preferred)
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Committed and progressive work history
Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
